How to Apply
Reservations should be made through the official Chayu Tea Ceremony website.
The reservation is confirmed when you receive the "Reservation Complete" notification via email.

Payment Timing and Methods

Cancellation Policy
100% of the fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled experience time.
Change in Number of Participants on the Day of Experience
If the number of participants decreases on the day of the experience, 100% of the fee will still be charged.
